Fee & Billing Information

Due to the unique nature of most projects we work on, we do not have price lists. Instead, you describe whatever it is you want done, and we will quote a price to you for doing it. We work with you to coordinate everything.

All of the details for your project including fees, payment options, lines, transfer or licenses for intellectual properties, quotes for outside services, and anything else needed to complete that project are outlined in an Agreement form which is provided free of charge.  

Normally, we send this as a file attachment by e-mail, but we would be happy to mail or fax it to your location. If you decide to hire us, instructions for indicating acceptance of terms, etc. are included.

Changes ordered in concept beyond any minor revision are billed at hourly rate of $50/hour and broken into 15 minute increments. Minimum charge for doing any custom graphic work (print or web) is $25.

Prices quoted for work involving images assume they are in digital format and delivery is by e-mail or on CD shipped to our location. Scanning & optimizing of photos is considered a separate service, and charges for doing so are listed in Agreement form. Depending on project type, the cost for scanning & optimizing a set quantity of photos may be included. Our normal charge for doing additional photos beyond those specified is billed hourly for each additional image. We will return your original photo or artwork, including the new digital image we generate.

License-to-use fees for stock photos and graphics vary according to artist/photographer. Fees for Outside services, such as Photography and Printing fees are separate from design fees. Unless you are using our photography.
